Singapore company Creative Neurons to open 15 Digital Marketing College centers in Himachal

Shimla: Seeking an opportunity to empower unemployed graduates with skills fast moving digital marketing techniques, Singapore based company here announced plans to open 15 College of Digital Marketing centers in Himachal Pradesh. The pan India plan is to roll out 200 such centers in a year.

Announcing the launch of a center in the city here, a little while ago, Chander Kapoor, CMD Creative Neurons, a company registered in Singapore said that the expansion plan included setting up at least one center a month in about 15 cities / townships of Himachal Pradesh.

Other digital marketing college centers are planned to be opened at Solan, Dharamshala, Bilaspur, Palampur, Kangra, Baddi, Hamirpur, Rohru, Una, Kullu, Sundarnagar and Joginder Nagar.

“These college seeks to address the growing and fast-paced need of today’s industry by providing skilled digital marketing professionals to all sectors of business, ranging from consulting, education, healthcare, manufacturing, government, defence and IT,” said Kapoor.

“Our programs have a unique amalgamation of Global and Indian learning methodologies and have been handcrafted with an objective of offering a world-class state-of-the-art quality content to our students,” he added.

“The concept and practice of online digital marketing is relatively new,” he said, “and not very well understood by many across the globe. Our core objective is to not only teach our students and make them acquainted with the content but also to share experiences via live interfaces.”

Launching its first center from Delhi on 27 August, the franchise model of operating these college centers the company plans to establish such centers at over 200 locations across India in the next 12 months,

States of particular interest are Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, UP, Kerala, Orissa, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, North-Eastern states, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.

We have laid out a budget of Rs 52 to Rs 55 crore to rollout these centers, which includes Rs 15 crore for the first year, said Kapoor.

The courses on offer range from a one month course to a three year one. The company also has plans of tying up a three way student education loan, where the company would stand guarantee for loan repayments.

In the fast growing market of digital marketers, there were about 50,000 to 60,000 vacancies. Digital marketing size in India is estimated to touch Rs 2,000 crore and demand is 100 % more than supply; Digital ad spends already in excess of Rs 5,000 crore, claimed Kapoor.

The college is the India venture of Creative Neurons Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based company that also runs the Creative Neurons Institute of Management, Singapore.

    WE congrats Chander Kapoor, CMD AND COL JASWAL FOR TAKING A BOLD DECISION IN DEVELOPMENT OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT COURSES It IS a good initiative as company plans to establish such centers at over 200 locations across India in the next 12 months, it has also announced plans to open 15 College of Digital Marketing centers in Himachal Pradesh and I think similar plan/PROPOSAL should have been for J&K state also The plan to roll out 200 such centers in a year In Skilled digital marketing professionals to all sectors of business, ranging from consulting, education, health care, manufacturing, government, defence and IT etc. MAY GO LONG WAY TO MEET DEMAND OF MARRKET AS WELL PROVIDE OPPUNITIES TO UNEMPLOYED YOUTH MAY PLEASE CLARIFY IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR A COMPANY TO OPEN AT LEAST ONE COLLEGE OF THEIR OWN WITHOUT FRANCHISE ARRANGEMENT AT JAMMU
