Casablanca, April 17 (IANS) Morocco beat Botswana 3-0 in their second Group A match here at the ongoing CAF Under-17 Championship.
Bnou Marzouk scored two of Morocco’s goals in the 17th and 80th minutes Tuesday while Sakhi scored a goal in the 49th. The victory saw Morocco into semifinal, reports Xinhua.
In the second Group A match, Tunisia defeated Gabon 4-2 and qualified for semifinals. The win is Tunisia’s second after it defeated Botswana 3-1 in their first match.
