Farooq Abdullah conferred top Spanish honour

The Ambassador of Spain to India, Mr. Gustavo de Aristégui conferring the Civilian Honour on the Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Dr. Farooq Abdullah for his contribution in the field of New and Renewable Energy, on the occasion of the National Day of Spain, in New Delhi on October 11, 2012.
The Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Mr. Omar Abdullah and the Member Parliament, Mr. Shashi Tharoor are also seen.
The Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Dr. Farooq Abdullah addressing after being conferred the Civilian Honour by the Spain Government on the occasion of the National Day of Spain, in New Delhi.
