Shimla: With the enforcement of the Model Code of Conduct for the forthcoming Parliamentary Elections in the country announced by the Election Commission of India, Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal has enough time to personally review the functioning, achievements and targets as no inaugurations, foundation stone laying ceremonies will be taking place during this period.
He has issued orders to all the departments of the state to prepare the details of the achievements made during past one year with regard to their functioning for presentation during the departmental review meetings scheduled to take place during the months of March and April, 2009.
Raised in Shimla and originally from Mandi district, Disha wears many caps which includes being part of a lead team of a fast growing IT company based out of Chandigarh. Earlier Disha was associated with My Himachal and visits Shimla regularly.
