34th All India Interstate Electricity Board Kabaddi tournament kicks off at Solan

V.S. Kokje, Governor addressing the public at the inaugural function of the 34th All India Interstate Electricity Board Kabaddi tournament being held at Solan urged the players to come up with the true sportsman spirit. He said that in a democratic country, Government is one of the means to boost up the sport activities.
He emphasized that the Indian games need a little infrastructure and help so as to make a mark on the world map. He further said that sports help in strengthening national integration.
He also released a souvenir brought out by the organizers.
