Governor lauded Bharat Vikas Parishad efforts

V.S. Kokje, Governor inaugurated a National Group Song Competition organized by Bharat Vikas Parishad at Kalibari here last evening in which about 200 students from various schools of the State participated.
Speaking on the occasion, Kokje said that today the present generation should keep themselves away from the bad effects of the western culture and there was a dire need to inculcate good habits and values in them so that they could become good citizen of the country as future of the country depended on them. He said that Bharat Vikas Parishad was doing commendable efforts in this direction and working for imbibing love for the county among the students by organizing such competitions and awareness programmes. He also lauded the efforts of the teachers for preparing the students for Group Song competition and imbibing in them the spirit of love for the country.
