Mandi: Rinku Bhagat, originally from Jharkhand but presently residing in this town of Himachal Pradesh, was crowned Mrs. India Classic – 2017at the pageant held at Chennai on 4th July. She has also been nominated as the country’s contestant for the upcoming Mrs. Classic International pageant.
Defence women welfare association of Mandi felicitated Mrs Bhagat here today. Mrs Asha Thakur chairperson of the association said that Rinku Bhagat had done the state proud as she had qualified for the audition as a contestant from Himachal Pradesh.
On the occasion Bhagat said that for the last few months she has been residing in Mandi. Having won the India contest she said that she would do her best when competing with international contestant as the Mrs International pageant.
Bhagat husband is an army official who is presently posted with the Mandi recruiting branch office.
