It offers 1500 minutes of local calls and for high end local call users , a company official claimed .
It offers 1000 minutes of local calls within the Reliance network and 500 local minutes to any network .
The offer is available on both GSM and CDMA prepaid customers .
Reliance communications is far behind market leaders Airtel and BSNL in the crowded market of Himachal .
