In the name of promoting tourism, what are we doing. We target peanuts, we deliver peanuts.
Himachal has potential to attract over 4 million foreign tourists. So target it now. Shimla be promoted as international airport. Target 10 times tourism arrival in ten years, else loose prospective business and development to other countries. Sooner, it is better.
