In times of peaceful reign, unburdened of perpetual war, men and women were more able to think, ponder, intellectualise by introspection, write, create, and search.
Kabir Kumar Mukherjee-Mustafi has been a passionate school teacher since 1974. He was the Head Master of Bishop Cotton School, Shimla, till 2004, and continues his work in the education sector (along with his wife Kamini, also a dedicated school teacher) as an institutional Director.

Why teach? Because. Because it’s the only way, comprised of a million things, that can shape an individual.
It is with disbelief that one considers the impact and implication of this government’s motives, its aims & objectives and its sheer propensity for the abuse of its people

It is how Good wishes for Evil to be perceived, to stand up and be counted.
It is the overture to the unleashing of Pralay.
The people who have no bank or balance or even petty little notes to exchange – they sleep well every night.
The unpalatable fact is that an all-pervasive sense of resignation, of despair almost – or, worse, a cynical “what did you expect?” has come to settle upon us. Not because of the Olympics, but insidiously upon us as a people, and thus upon our performance everywhere.
