New Delhi, April 15 (IANS) It was a sunny morning in the capital Monday and the minimum temperature settled a notch below average at 20.1 degrees Celsius. The Met office has forecast a warm day ahead.
According to the India Meteorological Department, the skies will remain clear and sunny through the day, and the maximum temperature will hover around 37 degrees Celsius.
Delhi had a cloudy Sunday with a sprinkling of showers in some parts. The maximum temperature settled at 36.1 while the minimum was recorded at 21.9 Celsius – both a degree above average for this time of year.
