KUMARHATTI: Unidentified robbers struck a temple at Miyanpur on Nalagarh-Panjera road near Nalagarh past midnight and looted hard cash in thousand rupees from the donation box of temple. As per the information available the robbers were around a dozen and had covered their faces as they entered the Ram Mandir premises equipped with wooden sticks.
They took the temple priest and other sewadhars in surprise who were sleeping outside the temple. The robbers packed the sewadhars and priest in a room before to enter inside the temple. The robbers disappeared in darkness after carrying the cash from donation box. The police is investigating the matter.
