
Prof. Dhumal said that after reviewing the pending issues of construction of Bhanupalli-Bilaspur-Beri Broad gauge Railway Line at the highest level in Govt. of India, the State Govt. had succeeded in getting the Railway line sanctioned for the State.

Chief Minister also witnessed wrestling match and awarded a Gurj and a cash prize of Rs. 41,000 to the winner of Him Kesari titled while runner up was awarded cash prize of Rs. 31,000. Johny Chaudhary of Sundernagar was adjudged as the Him Kumar and awarded a Gurj and cash prize of Rs. 11,000, runner up Vinod Kumar of Arki got Rs. 9,000 and second runner-up Mukesh of Kangra got Rs. 5,000. He also awarded other winners of sports activities held during the fair.
