U.S. Congressional delegation visited the Dalai Lama in Dharamshala

Rep Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) with Rep Jim Sensenbrenner (R-WI) met H H The Dalai Lama in His residence at Dharamshala India on 9th May. The group enjoyed the moment. House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi flew with a bipartisan delegation to the Himalayan hill town where the 81-year-old Buddhist leader is based.

The meeting is likely to upset China, which regards the Dalai Lama as a separatist.
His Holiness the Dalai Lama will grace a public reception to welcome a bipartisan US Congressional Delegation led by Representative Nancy Pelosi at the Main Tibetan Temple in Dharamsala, HP, India on May 10, 2017.
