10 die in Karachi bombing

Islamabad, May 11 (IANS) At least 10 people were killed and 50 injured Saturday in a massive explosion close to a polling station in Karachi, a media report said.

The deafening blast took place in Karachi’s Quaidabad area, DawnNews reported.

The explosion occurred near the polling station of Quaidabad.

The huge explosion damaged the windowpanes of several buildings and destroyed eight shops.
