Jamia begins undergraduate admissions process

New Delhi, April 20 (IANS) The Jamia Hamdard University has began its admissions process for various undergraduate programmes for the academic session 2013-14, it announced Saturday.

The prospectus and application forms for all professional and non-professional courses offered by various faculties and centres of Jamia Millia Islamia for the academic session 2013-14 are available on the website, the university said in a release.

Applicants can download the application forms from the university website. The forms will also be available at counters of M/s Maktaba Jamia Ltd. on the university campus on all working days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., it added.

The entrance test for various courses will commence from June and continue till July.

The Entrance Tests schedule for the following professional courses is:

B.A. (Hons.) Mass Media Writing in Hindi – 12 June 2013

B.A. (Hons.) Hotel Management, Travel and Tourism – 12 June 2013

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) – 13 June 2013

Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) – 9 June 2013

Bachelor in Technology (B.Tech.) in various branches – 8 June 2013

B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) – 4 June 2013

Bachelor in Architecture (B.Arch.) – 1 June 2013

Bachelor in Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in various branches of Fine Arts – 17 and 18 June 2013

Bachelor in Physiotherapy (B.P.T.) – 26 June 2013

Bachelor in Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) – 2 July 2013
