New Delhi: The Delhi gang-rape victim, battling for her life, was late tonight shifted out of Safdarjung Hospital in an ambulance, whose destination was not immediately known.
Earlier, the daily evening briefing on her condition was not conducted Wednesday.
The condition of the 23-year-old victim, a physiotherapist from Uttar Pradesh, remained critical even 10 days after the sexual assault in a moving bus, as she spent a bulk of the time after the Dec 16 on ventilator.
On Tuesday she gave a statement to a magistrate – for a second time following complaints of alleged police interference the first time it was recorded Dec 21. All six accused have been arrested for the crime.
