Shimla: Sensing an opportunity to break into the BJP-Congress bipolarity of Himachal Pradesh politics, regional party Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has also decided to test the waters for the November 4 poll.
Led by from speaker Radha Raman Shastri, who left the BJP about a year ago, NCP announced 12 candidates for the upcoming crucial assembly election.
This is the first time the union agriculture minister Sharad Pawar led NCP will be contesting elections in Himachal.
The list of candidates announced by NCP are:

Janki Ram Chauhan —— Kasauli
Gautam ——– Nalagarh
Sushma chaudhari —— Dehra
Aman Dhawan ——– Jawali
Vijay Kumar ——— Baijnath

Jagdish Bhist —– Joginder Nager
Rajiv Sharma ——– Nahan
Sunder Dev Negi —– Kinnaur
Madan Bariyal ——- Bharmour
