Kolkata : At least 20 people are feared dead mostly due to suffocation after a fire broke out at the AMRI hospital in Kolkata early Friday, West Bengal municipal affairs minister Firhad Hakim said.
Reports said the toll could be much higher . Apparently there was no fire equipment in the hospital.
The fire started in the basement at around 3:30 A.M. Around 25 fire tenders were fighting the flames .
