Shimla : Manali , Narkanda , Kufri among other hill stations in Himachal Pradesh have received the season’s
first snowfall Friday .
The entire resort town of Manali is covered in a thick blanket of snow bringing life to a standstill . The snowfall is heavy on the Rohtang pass 55 km from Manali .
Traffic has been hit on the Hindustan Tibet road with light snowfall at Narkanda and Kufri . Kharapatther has also experienced light snowfall ,reports said .
Shimla saw rain and light hail early Friday as cold winds lashed the state capital ,the mercury fell to 4.5 C .
Kalpa in Kinnaur has had snowfall .The entire Lahaul valley , the higher reaches of Chamba , Spiti and Kinnaur have been experiencing moderate to heavy snowfall .
The weather man has forecast more wet weather during the next 24 hours .
