Shimla : Eight people were killed and at least sixteen injured in three road accidents and a fire incident in Shimla district Monday , police said .
Three people were killed when a scropio vehicle fell into a gorge at Patti dhank near Kharapather 75 km from here .
This accident took place in the night and the bodies were retrieved in the morning .
A state roadways bus met with an accident near Anti about 105 km from here . Sixteen people were injured , six were shifted to the IGMC hospital in Shimla .
The bus was on its way from Tiuni to Una , the accident took place early morning when it was still dark .
Close by a truck fell of the road between Hatkoti and Rohru killing one person .
Two people were burnt alive in a house fire near Rampur some 140 km from the state capital , police told the Hill Post .
