Dharamsala : The Dalai Lama on Tuesday left his Himalayan abode of Dharamsala in northern India and flew to Europe.
He will visit France,Finland and Estonia, a spokesman of the Tibetan government-in-exile said.
He will be in Toulouse,France where he will give teachings on Kamalshila’s the middling states of meditation on 13-14 August and a public talk on the art of happiness on 15 August.
Two days later he will be in Tallinn,Estonia to give a free public talk on ‘a call for universal responsibility’ in front of the Estonian statue at Liberty square organised by the Estonian Institute of Buddhism.
On the last leg of his tour he will be in Helsinki,Finland on 20 August .He will give teachings on eight verses of training the mind,followed by a public talk on the ‘power of compassion’ at the Barona theater.
Both the events are being organised by the Finnish Tibetan cultural association.
