Shimla: Chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal today disclosed that he had accepted forest minister Jagat Prakash Nadda’s resignation from the council of ministers.
Responding to a media query at a press meet, the chief minister said that the forest minister JP Nadda’s resignation from the council of ministers had been recommended and sent to Governor Urmila Singh for acceptance.
On being appointed national general secretary, Nadda had tendered his resignation on March 18 in order to adhere to the party’s one man one post stance.
