Shimla: A Congress delegation headed by Himachal Pradesh party president Kaul Singh Thakur, Vice President Gangu Ram Musafir and eleven Congress MLAs with party members, met Governor Prabha Rau in Raj Bhawan and submitted a memorandum seeking dismissal of Dhumal government and recommending a CBI inquiry into the phone tapping issue revealed in the two audio CDs and the video CD allegedly showing illegal cash transactions.
Raised in Shimla and originally from Mandi district, Disha wears many caps which includes being part of a lead team of a fast growing IT company based out of Chandigarh. Earlier Disha was associated with My Himachal and visits Shimla regularly.
