Students celebrating after 3rd annual convocation ceremony in J.P University of Information Technology (JUIT) (an engineering university) at Waknaghat, 25 kmls from Shimla on 8 August 2009. Placements at JUIT have been very good so far with 75-80% of students getting placed every year. Students can have multiple placements here– which makes the placement percentage to 200-300%. In today’s scenario, despite the global recession almost all the companies will be coming to the campus.
