Hyundai Equipments To Expand Footprint in Himachal Pradesh

Shimla: Heavy duty construction machinery manufacturer Hyundai Construction Equipment India (HCEIL) Ltd has drawn up plans to expand its footprints in Himachal and Punjab.

JS Kim, MD HCEIL after opening a regional office at Delhi on Saturday said new office would help the company to become the market leader in not only Himachal Pradesh and Punjab but entire north India for construction equipments.

“During last one year, we have set up a state of the art factory, inducted best available talent, developed a strong distribution network and since August are rolling out 20T Excavator across the country,” he said.

Emphasizing on social commitment of the organization Kim said, “we would like to be a partner in the country’s economic development of the country.”

Suvendu Moitra, marketing head disclosed Hyundai had appointed 17 dealers in the country of which 5 were in northern region.

He said that Hyundai’s Pune plant had the capacity to scale production upto 10000 units per annum, which would help to attain the top construction equipment manufacturing company in the country.
