Shimla: President of Bhartiya Janta Party Shimla district, Ganesha Dutt, is appointed as Vice Chairman of Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority.
In 2003 he had contested for Shimla Assembly elections from BJP itself, but had lost to Congress Party candidate Harbhajan Singh Bhajji.
