Two killed in mishap

KUMARHATTI: The two youth were killed after their motorcycle (HP-12B 1347) was hit by a speeding bus (HP 02 1781) near Bagbania on Baddi-Nalagarh road today. The bus hired by Torrent Pharma to ply its employees was in fact going to pick the employees in the morning.

The bus driver was driving the vehicle at a very high speed. The motorcycle had fallen on the side after it was hit from behind by the bus. After hitting the motorcycle the bus driver could not control the vehicle as the vehicle dashed against the road side tree. Ramesh Kumar (30) who was driving the motorcycle killed at spot. Udam Singh (23) the pillion rider was rushed to a hospital at Nalagarh before to refer to Chandigarh. He died at Chandigarh.

Both of the deceased hailed from Tasamowal village in Saner pancchayat near Nalagarh. They both were engaged in units and were on their way to offices. The bus driver fled from spot after abandoning the vehicle at the accident site.
Meanwhile Mr. Dev Raj Chaudhary, Pradhan of Saner panchayat has sought financial help from state government to the deceased poor families.
