Cabinet Decisions
Himachal Pradesh Cabinet today sanctioned creation of around 413 posts of various categories in different departments of the state Government. The lists includes120 posts in the Horticulture Development Officers, 120 posts in Horticulture Extension Officers to be recruited through HPPSC and HP Subordinate Services Selection Board.117 posts of teaching and non-teaching categories have been created and 6 posts in the similar categories for the newly upgraded schools in district Una.15 posts of civil judges for the Junior Division in the subordinate courts have also been sanctioned.
The cabinet also granted permission of the government land at Sarang, Kinnaur to give way to the construction of 100MW Hydro Electric Power Project. It even approved the remuneration/honorarium to members of HP State Commission for Backward Classes and Members of HP State Women Commission for 600 rupees per sitting or 10,000 per month, whichever is higher. The cabinet also favored enhancement in the Block Government Guarantee in favor of National Minorities Development and Finance Corporation, Delhi.
