V.S. Kokje, Governor administered oath to Mr. Rikhi Ram Kondal to discharge the duties of Speaker, Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha from the first meeting till the election of Speaker, HP Vidhan Sabha, at Raj Bhavan here today.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Sat Pal Jain and O.P. Dhankar, National BJP Leaders, Jai Ram Thakur, MLA and President, State BJP.
