Shimla: Himachal Government will held meetings with various MLAs regarding Annual Plan formulation for 2008-09 on 17th and 18th January, 2008 in Conference Hall of Armdale Building of H.P. Secretariat, Shimla, under the Chairmanship of Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, said a government Spokesman here today.
The meetings will be taken up to discuss the formulation and inclusion of the priorities and new schemes in the Annual Plan budget for 2008-09, he added. He also threw light upon the schedule of these meetings as follows:
Forenoon session from 10.30 AM to 1.30 P.M. and afternoon session from 2.30 PM to 5.00 PM on 17th January, 2008 will held meetings with MLAs of Shimla, Solan and Sirmaur districts, and Mandi, Chamba and Bilaspur districts; respectively.
Forenoon session from 10.30 AM to 1.30 P.M. and afternoon session from 2.30 PM to 5.00 PM on 18th January, 2008 will held meetings with MLAs of Kangra and Kullu districts, and Mandi, Chamba and Bilaspur districts; respectively.
