The submerged temples in the great Gobind Sagar in Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh. These temples remain under water for a major part of the year and rise above the surface only when water level drops considerably. Archaeological Survey of India had made announcements on numerous occasion to do something to preserve these historic monuments but nothing has happened as yet. It appears that we are obsessed with preserving the British monuments only but our own monuments do not catch our attention.
