Party Diktat Makes Kumarsain BJP Unit Follow In Line

Shimla: The BJP getting tough on rebels has had an impact on the Kumarsain unit, which today announced taking back of their resignations and backing the party nominee Bhagat Ram Chauhan for the seat.

Presenting a united stand Bhagat Ram Chauhan, the BJP candidate for Kumarsain and ticket aspirant Sandeepani Bhardwaj told the media that division in the ranks had been bridged on the directions of the party high command.

Allotting the ticket to Chauhan had the entire party unit from Kumarsain up in arms and they had tendered their resignations en masse.

Bhardwaj and Chauhan said that Vidya Stokes, the power minister who represents the constituency had failed to usher in development in the constituency.

Commenting on Pramod Sharma, an independent in the fray, the BJP leaders said that Pramod Sharma for four and a half years had misled the youth about providing jobs, where as Sharma’s wife had been appointed an SDO, a sister as the state’s additional advocate general and a brother-in-law as a standing counsel for five departments.

The duo asserted that BJP would defeat Stokes in the election even though she was attempting to garner votes by claiming that she would be the states next chief minister.
