Srinagar freezes at minus four, Leh at minus 13

Srinagar :The night temperatures fell to minus four degrees Celsius, today making it the coldest day of the season so far in Srinagar the summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir .

Water again froze in water pipes . No let up is expected in the cold conditions for the next two three to three days, the weatherman said .

The resort town of Pahalgam recorded a minimum temperature of 4.2 C while Gulmarg ski resort had a freezing night at 7.8 C

Leh in Ladakh had yet another bone chilling night at minus 13 C .
