Shimla : Social activist Anna Hazare Sunday vowed to continue his anti-corruption movement after he broke his one day long token strike against the ‘weak’ Lok Pal bill .
Speaking to a large gathering at Jantar Mantar he threatened to intensify his movement if the government fails to bring in a strong Lok Pal in the ongoing winter session of parliament , a law that covers the entire bureaucracy and the prime minister .
“The government must listen to the voice of the people ,†he said .
He urged prominent politicians of the opposition parties to fight for a strong Lok Pal .
“You fight in parliament , we will fight outside .If the government doesn’t listen to you please join our movement ,†Hazare said .
He thanked the youth of the country for coming out in large numbers for the day-long agitation.
