Shimla:Congress on Friday submitted a chargesheet to Governor Prabha Rau listing several acts of omission and commission against the 15 month BJP government headed by chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal.
State party president Thakur Kaul Singh while submitting the document to the governor demanded that an inquiry be held by Central Bureau of Investigation. Others who did accompany Kaul Singh included senior leader Vidya Stokes, legislator Sudhir Sharma and party spokesman Kuldeep Singh Rathore.
Other than forest minister JP Nadda and education minister ID Dhiman, allegation of omission and commission have been levelled against all other minister including the chief minister
