RS Bali, Cabinet Minister and Chairman of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC), unveiled a significant development today. Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has approved a budget of Rs 43 crore for the construction of an avant-garde hotel in Nadaun. This state-of-the-art facility, managed by the Tourism Development Corporation, is designed to elevate the tourism experience for visitors in the region.
In anticipation of this transformative project, RS Bali, accompanied by officials from the Public Works Department, conducted a thorough site inspection ahead of the Youth Festival’s conclusion. The Public Works Department has already initiated the tendering process, expediting the launch of construction activities.
Nadaun, strategically positioned on key routes connecting prominent religious and tourist destinations in Himachal Pradesh, consistently draws a substantial number of visitors. RS Bali highlighted the positive implications of the Tourism Development Corporation’s hotel in Nadaun, emphasizing its role in not only improving tourist facilities but also delivering substantial benefits to the local community.
Before serving as the chief guest at the closing ceremony of the three-day inter-college youth festival at Siddharth Government College of Excellence, Nadaun, RS Bali shared valuable insights gained during the inspection of the proposed hotel site and provided crucial guidelines to officials.
