Dharamshala: An Israeli woman was taken to the hospital yesterday after she created a ruckus in McLeodganj in upper Dharamshala. The cause of her behaviour was being ascertained by medical tests whether she was on drugs or was suffering from a psychological disorder.
SP Kangra Santosh Patial at Dharamshala said, “a lady named Racheli Zargari, an Israeli national, was detained for abnormal behaviour in McLeodganj market. She was taken to Govt hospital Dharamshala by the polic and was then referred to Dr. RP Medical College Tanda Hospital. She is under treatment there. Matter is being investigated by all the angle to found out that is she under the influence of any drug or having some mental problem.”
