Customers will be able to use these services on dongles, 4G Hotspots, mobile phones and Wi-Fi dongles. And if a present Airtel customer wishes to avail these services, he will get a complimentary upgrade at no extra cost. Airtel had revamped its services, in order elevate the customer experience, through their Project Leap. They have also launched a microsite, which will enable customers to monitor the progress of this Project in their areas.

An Airtel customer just needs to walk in to their nearest Airtel retail touch point, and get his SIM upgraded to a 4G SIM.
