Transport Minister of Himachal G S Bali strongly reacted to the allegation levied upon him by the BJP in the Charge sheet submitted to Governor of HP on Wednesday in Shimla. In a hurriedly organised press conference in Dharamsala Bali said,” I have not purchased any shamlat land in Gopalpur area of Palampur sub division of Kangra district for 1.81 crore.
Instead I have purchased the land from Nalini Singh and Rajinder Kour (Relatives of Patiala Raaj pariwaar). The land was registered under HP vesting and utilization act94; hence it does not fall under forest land category, which could not be sold.”
Bali said if the BJP group lead by Dhumal doesn’t render apology within 15days from today, he (Bali) will send defamation notice on the 16th day.
He further said that he (Bali) is also being charged of purchasing costly sugar for PDS system by BJP, and for that he said, “prove any GHOTALA and I will leave politics and if not Prof.Dhumal should quit politics.”
Bali said that soon he will conduct a press conference in Jallandhar,Hamirpur or Shimla with documentary proof of miss deeds of ex chief minister Dhumal. Bali said that BJP is frustrated by the one year achievements of Congress in the state to take such a steps.
