Technopark IT firm inks deal with Etisalat, Afghanistan

Thiruvananthapuram, June 20 (IANS) Technopark-based Flytxt has signed up with Etisalat Afghanistan to deploy their platform NEON to drive segmented marketing campaigns and to deliver personalized offers to subscribers.

NEON platform enables operators marketing teams to generate incremental revenue, reduce customer churn and enhance customer loyalty by executing micro-segmented campaigns.

The platform is designed to help marketers automate and manage the end to end marketing workflow right from targeting, sending offers and fulfilment tracking to reporting from a single web interface.

Vinod Vasudevan, CEO, Flytxt said, market growth brings many challenges and they are happy to partner with Etisalat in their marketing initiatives targeted at revenue growth and customer retention in this highly competitive market.

Besides winning many awards, Flytxt has been named Cool Vendor in Emerging Markets 2013 by Gartner.

Etisalat Afghanistan launched in 2007, is part of Etisalat Telecommunications Group, headquartered in UAE, has invested US$ 300 million in Afghanistan.
