UAE, France hold talks

Abu Dhabi, May 27 (IANS/WAM) Abu Dhabi crown prince Gen. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Sunday met French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius to discuss the strategic relationship between the two countries.

Sheikh Mohamed, also the deputy supreme commander of the UAE Armed Forces, met Fabius at the Emirates Palace.

The two officials reviewed the level of cooperation and coordination between their two countries, and the progress made in all spheres, particularly in culture and education.

The two sides also discussed joint projects such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum and the Sorbonne Abu Dhabi University.
