New Delhi, May 10 (IANS) It was a sunny morning in the capital Friday with the minimum temperature settling at 25.2 degrees Celsius, average for this time of year. The Met Office has forecast a cloudy day ahead.
“The skies will remain partly cloudy and the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 41 degrees Celsius,” said an official of the India Meteorological department (IMD).
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 36 percent.
Thursday’s maximum temperature was 41.9 degrees Celsius, three degrees above average, while the minimum was 26.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above average.
