New Delhi, May 3 (IANS) A four-year-old child was sexually assaulted by a man in the national capital, police here said Friday.
A 30-year-old sweeper, Vijay Kumar, has been arrested for assaulting the child. He is the victim’s neighbour.
The girl’s mother saw her crying and asked her. She took the girl to a hospital where doctors found a genital injury.
The attacker lured the child to his house and attacked her, police said.
