New Delhi, May 15 (IANS) A hot and sunny Wednesday is in store for Delhiites with the maximum temperature expected to hover around the 40 degrees Celsius mark, the Met Office said.
“The skies will remain clear and the afternoon will be hot,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
Wednesday’s minimum temperature settled at 24.8 degrees Celsius, a notch below average for this time of the year.
Delhi experienced a warm Tuesday and the maximum temperature settled a notch above average at 39.8 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was recorded at 24.7 degrees Celsius, a notch below average for this time of the season.
