GoM on CBI autonomy set up

New Delhi, May 14 (IANS) The government Tuesday constituted a group of ministers (GoM) to consider autonomy of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the wake of Supreme Court’s scathing observations concerning the probe agency.

“Government constitutes GoM to consider independence and functional autonomy of CBI,” the Press Information Bureau said in a tweet.
