New Delhi, April 12 (IANS) Delhi saw a warm Friday as the maximum temperature was recorded 35.6 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season. Cloudy skies and lightning is expected Saturday.
The minimum temperature settled three notches above average at 23.3 degrees Celsius, while the humidity wavered between a high and low of 48 and 24 percent.
The day’s high, however, was lower than 36.1 degrees Celsius on Thursday and 37 degrees on Wednesday.
“The sky on Saturday will be partly cloudy and lightning is expected towards Saturday evening,” said an official of India Meteorological Department.
Saturday’s maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 37 and 23 degrees Celsius respectively, the forecast said.
