New Delhi, April 15 (IANS) Delhi experienced warm weather Monday, with the maximum temperature settling a notch above average at 36.4 degrees Celsius. The Met Office has forecast similar weather Tuesday.
The day’s minimum temperature was 20.1 degrees Celsius, which is a degree below the average for this time of the year.
“The weather will remain partly cloudy on Tuesday, with the maximum temperature likely to be around 38 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature is likely to be around 21 degrees Celsius,” an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
On Sunday, the maximum temperature was 36.1 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year, while the minimum was 21.9 degrees Celsius, a notch above average.
