Beirut, April 3 (IANS) A Russian plane carrying 26.7 tonnes of aid supplies for the Syrian refugees in Lebanon landed Wednesday at Rafic Hariri Beirut International airport.
The Russian Emergency ministry said that the plane brought various types of humanitarian aid including a mobile power unit, 1, 500 blankets and 500 sets of pre-cooked children food, reported Xinhua.
According to the UN statistics, the number of Syrian refugees in Lebanon has reached 396,000.
