New Delhi, April 5 (IANS) Dashing England batsman Kevin Pietersen turned up at the Delhi Daredevils’ training session here at the Ferozeshah Kotla Friday to boost the morale of his teammates.
Pietersen, ruled out of the Indian Premier League (IPL) due to a knee injury, was seen talking to his teammates ahead of Delhi’s game against the Rajasthan Royals Saturday. The 32-year-old, who was seen wearing knee braces, is in the national capital on a personal visit.
The Daredevils lost their first match of the sixth edition of the IPL against defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) Wednesday.
